Who is responsible

What we collect
Very little:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for every request (IP address, browser, page, time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period and not used for profiling.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply, and, if you send a review, to publish your first name, city and text with your permission.
- A session preference. If you close the bottom call-to-action bar, your browser remembers it for the session using session storage. It never leaves your device.
What we do not do
- No advertising cookies and no third-party analytics scripts.
- No accounts, no registration and no payment data on this site.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- Fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts.
Links to operators
Some links lead to casinos through a redirect page (/play/). That page adds a label to the link saying which of our pages you came from (for example towerrushpkr.com/demo), so the partner can attribute the visit. The label contains no personal data. Once you land on a casino site, its own privacy policy applies.
Embedded demos
The Tower Rush and Tower X demos are loaded from Galaxsys and SmartSoft Gaming servers only when you press the play button. Until then, no data is sent to them. After you start a demo, the provider receives the technical data any website receives (such as your IP address) and applies its own privacy policy.
Legal basis and purpose
We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure site, and emails on the basis of your request to contact us.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, such as your emails or a published review, by writing to privacy@towerrushpkr.com. We answer within 30 days.
Minors
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
